FBA inventory storage limits

Introduction:

Are you fed up with re-planning and fulfilling the inventory to the warehouse more frequently?

If yes, then it’s time to stay relax for a long time. The reason behind this is that Amazon has increased the FBA inventory limit.

According to the new policy of amazon, now you can store up to 500 inventory in the warehouse of Amazon.

Benefits:

You will feel relax and there will be no stress of re-planning the inventory with more intervals.  Under this option, inventory can be received and delivered more quickly.

Drawbacks:

 The storage limit is increased only for the people who maintain 500 or above IPI (Inventory Performance Index). The individual has to acquire selling accounts having a set storage limit of 10 cubic feet There is no facility for the new sellers. They have to maintain the criteria of maintaining 500 IPI and an active seller for more than 26 weeks and consistency, having effective sales. Your historical IPI scores, sales volume and available fulfilment centre capacity are some criteria on which the storage limits are decided.

Conclusion:

It is a little difficult to meet the criteria for the new sellers for getting advantage of FBA inventory storage limit. There are some pros & cons of this option but a good edge for the old sellers who have maintained the criteria to win the storage limit.
